Cleaning Your Lashes
Clean surface to create a workspace
Place lashes on table
Hold false lash in non-dominant hand by the lash so the band is exposed facing you. Use tweezers to pull off any old glue chunks, do this CAREFULLY or you may rip the band material
After large pieces have been removed, prepare your makeup remover of choice
Place 2-4 cotton swabs into makeup remover, saturating the cotton. Rub the lash band with the saturated cotton swab, holding it down to the table with the non-dominant hand. Old glue should loosen, ball up, or become stringy. You may use tweezers or another clean cotton swab to remove those materials
After removing makeup from the band, hold it down to the table by the band with your non-dominant hand. Use a clean saturated cotton swab to “brush” the mascara and other makeup off the lash by swiping the sections of lash from base to tip. Do this for both sides of both lashes to thoroughly remove all makeup from false lash set
After removing makeup, you may clean your lashes with a mild soap and warm water just using your fingers to brush along the lash. Rinse well. Place on clean paper towel, and use spoolie to brush out the lashes and separate the strands
While drying, bend the lash or wrap around a makeup brush for 5-15 seconds to restore proper band angle
After lash has dried, brush out with spoolie once more, and place back into lash tray and box for storage
NOTES: you may use alcohol to spray the lashes and sanitize them after washing and drying, preferred makeup remover is Take the Day Off by Clinique, and preferred mild soap is baby shampoo
