Grunge Girl Beauty recommends for you to be absolutely sure of your order details before officially purchasing. At this time, Grunge Girl Beauty offers NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact customer service at info@grungegirlbeauty.com. Potential options for customer satisfaction will be up to the discretion of Grunge Girl Beauty.

I’ve never owned lashes before, what do I need to know?

For first time false lash users, we recommend clicking the “Tips” tab located at the top of the page where you can watch, read, and follow along to our custom videos on applying and cleaning your new false lashes. These lashes, unlike some brands, are made to re-use. During the cleaning process some shedding of lashes is normal due to the nature of these voluminous hand-tied cotton lash bands.

Are there pickup options?

Pickup is limited to personal clientele and special occasions only. To apply for a pickup option, please use our contact feature at the top of the page or contact info@grungegirlbeauty.com and provide your location and preferred pickup date(s). Do not place order until you have spoken with customer service. After speaking with customer service you may select the pickup option at checkout for your order, or use code “CLIENTPICKUP00” for free shipping. To reiterate… Do not place ANY pickup order until you have spoken with customer service.
